Description
In this training, participants will learn about the unique needs of 18-24 year olds in a service setting. The training discusses engagement strategies with transition-age youth, and identifies common barriers to service delivery with this population and how to overcome them. With a focus on specific interventions tailored to transition-age youth, participants will learn how to provide the “different” level of care needed for this population.
